Jung & Wulff No.3 Barbados Rum 43% 75cl Knockdhu soft spiced pears and juicyJung & Wulff No. 3 Barbados Rum Nose: Dark vine fruits, some candied orange with a cocoa richness, sweet chilly and lime, hard toffee and whipped fudge with a bold mid palate of growing orange citrus. Palate: Damson and vanilla with a rich tangy citrus with lemongrass and hints of sweet pepper, drying woody edges with a nicely balanced sweet spice and toffee. A lingering sweet spicy finish with a little caramel and honey prolonging the palate nicely.
